Exercise

Keep fit and have fun with gentle but thorough exercises to a wide range of music. Many of the exercises are chair-based. The aim of the exercises is to loosen and mobilise joints and to strengthen muscles whilst working safely, according to individual needs and abilities. There will be a "Taster" session on September 14th and we shall start in earnest on October 5th.
