Relaxation for Health and Wellbeing

Location: Victoria Hall    —    First session: 5 September

This group is suitable for anyone wishing to learn simple and quick methods to de-stress the whole body. Benefits include:

Improved sleep patterns
Easing of long-term aches and pains (no cures guaranteed!)
Improved peripheral circulation
More efficient digestion
A better ability to cope with the trials of life.

The group leader has had fifteen years’ experience of teaching these techniques in her previous job as a physiotherapist, both in groups and with individuals.

The group will take the format of a seven week course from September to December, every first and third week of the month. Another course will commence in January 2012 if there is enough demand.

(5 Dec is last meeting before Christmas.)


The September to December course is now fully subscribed. In 2012 there will be another course, starting on Monday January 9th. Registration can be done on Thursday 8th September at the AGM.
